A Fleet and Talented Back for the Loyola University Football Team in his Freshman Year. He Contracted a Very Serious Illness that Could Have Ended His Life After That First Year. Although His Athletic Career Ended After That, Burch's Well-Known Spirit and Determination Continued. After Completing His Undergraduate Studies at Loyola And His Law Studies at Loyola Law School, He Has Enjoyed a Distinguished Judicial Career Here in Los Angeles. He Has Been an Ardent Supporter of the University's Athletic Teams for Many Years.
