Slaughter was a two-time first-team All-WCC selection (2002-03 and 2003-04) and was also named the WCC Defender of the Year in 2002-03. At the time of induction, Slaughter ranks No. 7 in points (1,231), No. 5 in field goals (510), No. 2 in rebounds (845), No. 8 in rebounding average (7.2 per game), No. 2 in blocks (247) and No. 1 in games started (118). The Lions went 74-44 during her four-year career, that included a program-best 24-win season in 2003-04. That team won the WCC regular-season title, the WCC Tournament title and made its first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance.
