LOS ANGELES – The Lions traveled to Marina Del Rey, CA to host their first home race of the season against the UCLA Bruins.
 
In the V4 race, UCLA posted a time of 8:26.7, while LMU finished with a time of 9:11.7. Despite the result, LMU put up a strong fight and proved their technical skills on the water.
 
The 2V8 race was also a close one with UCLA finishing first with a time of 7:20.2. UCLA's 3V team also posted a strong time of 7:37.1, while LMU finished with a time of 7:46.3.
 
In the V8 race, UCLA once again earned first place, posting a time of 7:13.7, while LMU finished with a time of 7:40.9.
