Biography
Before LMU: Rowed for Bainbridge Island Rowing… Earned gold at the Brentwood Regatta in the Novice 8+ in 2019… Finished 1st at the 2021 US Rowing North West Youth Championships in the Varsity 4x… Serviced as captain her senior season… Prior to rowing, was a dancer for twelve years and competed all over the west coast… Took part in community service primarily as a member of the Kiwanis Key Club in high school and helped organize beach clean ups & Toys for Tots toy drives
Personal: Born and raised in Bainbridge Island, WA… Daughter to Lauren Walsh and Scott Nemeth… Sister to Nicholas… Majoring in Biology… Chose LMU to “further both my academic and athletic goals. LMU allows me to be a D1 rower while also get a high quality education with many opportunities.”
