Biography
Before LMU: Was a Coxswain for the men’s teams of Maritime Rowing Club, Greenwich Crew, Marina Aquatic Center and Row America Rye… While at… Raced at the 2018 Head of the Charles, finishing 15th in the Men’s Varsity 4x+… Earned silver in the Men’s Second Varsity 8+ at the 2019 Northeast Youth Championships… Finished 1st in the Men’s Varsity 8+ at the 2019 Overpeck Summer Sprints… Coxed Men’s Varsity 8+ to a 1st place at the 2021 Saratoga Invitational… Competed in the 2022 US Rowing Youth National Championships in the Men’s Varsity 4+, earning 7th place overall in the event.
Personal: Born New Canaan, CT and raised bicoastally between Los Angeles, CA and New Cannan, CT… Daughter to Jasmin and Daryoush Tehrani… Sister to Sasan, who swam collegiately at UMass Amherst… In addition to rowing, she is an advance pianist, receiving honors from The Certificate of Merit Audition at the Mount Saint Mary’s University… Majoring in Business Management.
