2021-2022: Raced in the Varsity 8+ placing 7th and the Varsity 4+ B placing 5th at the 2021 Head of the Spokane… Competed in the Varsity 8+ in the annual scrimmage at the Port of LA against USC and USD… Stroked the Varsity 8+ against UCLA… Help the Varsity 8+ pace 3rd in the petite final of the UCSD Health Cal Cup event at San Diego Crew Classic as stroke seat… Served as an alternate at the Dexter Lake Invitational… Raced at stroke seat in the Varsity 4+ at the West Coast Conference Championships, placing 5th… Served as LMU’s SAAC President… Volunteered as a Student Athlete Mentor… Received academic honors as an LMU Scholar Athlete… Selected to the WCC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

2020 - 2021: Stroked the Varsity 4+ at the annual scrimmage against USC... Raced in the Varsity 8+ against UCLA... Placed 3rd at the CVEATC Invitational in the Varsity 8+ event... Placed 1st in the Varsity 4+ against Santa Clara and Saint Mary’s... Finished 4th in the bow of the Varsity 8+ at the West Coast Conference Championships...Served as LMU’s SAAC Community Service Chair… Volunteered as a Student Athlete Mentor… Received academic honors as an LMU Scholar Athlete

2019 - 2020: Competed in the Second Varsity 8+ for the annual scrimmage against USC... Season was cut short due to the pandemic... Received an honorable mention for the WCC All-Academic Team...

2018 - 2019: Raced in the Varsity 8+ scrimmage against WSU, OSU, Gonzaga, and Seattle Pacific in WA... Raced in the Second Varsity 8+ at San Diego Crew Classic... Placed 3rd in the Second Varsity 8+ at the WIRA Championship... Finished 2nd in the Second Varsity 8+ at the West Coast Conference

Before LMU: Rowed at Marina Aquatic Center and Community Rowing Inc... At MAC placed 1st in the Novice 4+ at the 2016 US Rowing South West Regionals... At CRI raced at the US Rowing Youth Nationals two years in a row, placing 13th in the Varsity 4+ in 2017 and 17th in the Varsity 8+ in 2018

Personal: Born in Los Angeles, CA and lives in Concord, MA… Daughter to Laurie Lepik and Harvey Frost… Father also rowed, competing for Durham University Boat Club in the UK as well as for the British National Team… Sister to Jasper, Charlotte, and Isabel… Graduated with a BA in Psychology and double minor in Theology and Studio Arts from Loyola Marymount University… Returned to LMU for a fifth season to pursue a Master’s of Science in Management… Chose LMU for the competitive environment of the rowing program and the values and academic rigor of the university.
