LOS ANGELES – LMU Men's Golf has one final tournament this season before competing in the WCC Championships at the end of the month. The Lions will participate at UC Davis' El Macero Classic this Friday through Sunday in El Macero, Calif.
 
"El Macero Country Club is a tight, tree-lined golf course," said Assistant Coach Rory DeWan. "If we can keep it in play off the tee, there should be a lot of birdie opportunities."
 
Competing for LMU will be Riley Elmes, Gavin Cohen, Samuel Su, Mason Glinski, and John Pollock.
 
This will be Pollock's first tournament competing for the Lions in his freshman year.
 
The tournament will be split into a round a day for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on the Par 72, 7,108 yard course.
 
UC Davis, Cal State Fullerton, Fresno State, Grand Canyon, Idaho, Long Beach State, Loyola Marymount, Nevada, Oregon State, Pacific, Sacramento State, San Francisco, Southern Methodist, No. 19/10 Texas Tech and Washington State comprise the tournament field.
