LOS ANGELES - The LMU women's soccer 2015 recruiting class has grown by two as Head Coach Michelle Myers announced the addition of Tiffany Guerra and Samantha Jordan to the Lion program.

Guerra hails from Harvard-Westlake High School, where she competed for the Wolverines as a sophomore in 2013 and a senior in 2015. The defensive back helped guide Harvard-Westlake to the 2015 Mission League title, earning all-league and All-Area Second Team honors along the way. She also earned the team's Coach's Award.

Guerra has also played for the Real SoCal club team and was a member of the 2008 ODP Regional Team.

"Tiffany is a very resilient player who is extremely quick and feisty," said Myers. "Coming to us from the very prestigious Real So Cal soccer club and Harvard-Westlake High School, she adds depth to our back line and gives us another option as an attacking outside back because of her pace."

Jordan joins the Lions from Northshore High School in Louisiana. The striker was a four-year varsity letterwinner for the Panthers, which finished the 2014-15 season at 12-7-4 overall and 7-3 in their district, advancing to the second round of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association Girls' Soccer Playoffs. She is also a member of the Louisiana Fire club team, leading them to state championships from 2009-13, the 2013 Region 3 Championship, the 2014 Region 3 title game and the 2014 Souther Premier League title.

A triplet, whose siblings will be continuing their soccer careers at Niagra and Colorado Christian, Jordan was a two-time team MVP (2014, 2015), a First Team All-State Freshman (2012) and three-time First Team All-District (2013-15)

"Samantha is a player who we feel very fortunate to have joining us in 2015. She is very versatile in that she can play a variety of positions and is willing to play where the team needs her most. She has extremely high character and is going to be a great addition to our team and our team culture."

Guerra and Jordan join six previously announced signees, as well as one spring transfer, as the new faces for the fall of 2015.
