Results

LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Women's tennis begins to wind down their regular season with a match against University of San Diego. The Lions were highlighted with wins from Audrey Bulkley on court six in singles and a doubles win on court two from Jasmin Heckel and Elisaveta Pironkova. These wins were not enough and the Toreros topped the Lions 6-1.

In doubles play the Lions showed solid play on court two from Jasmin Heckel and Elisaveta Pironkova. The duo defeated Marite Raygada and Alexandra Demidova 8-3 for the Lions only doubles win on the day. The Lions dropped the doubles point to USD without wins on courts one and three.

In singles play the Lions were highlighted by a win from senior Audrey Bulkley on court six. Bulkley defeated Justine Peri 6-3, 6-4 to give the Lions their only point on the day. In other singles play Jasmin Heckel pushed Juliette Coupez to three sets but was unable to hold her off in the final tie breaker going 6-7, 6-3, 10-3 overall.
