Briefly
LMU heads back out on the road this week as it faces an important road trip against the two teams ahead of it in the West Coast Conference standings. The Lions, who currently occupy fourth place with four points, visit the two teams tied for second on six points, San Diego and Santa Clara. LMU will be shooting for its 10th win of the season, which will give it four straight years of double-digit victories. They visit San Diego on Friday night at 7 p.m. before traveling to 16th-ranked Santa Clara on Sunday at 1 p.m.
It is a busy week as there are three events that will carry the TEAM LMU label, including Sunday's men's soccer home match against San Diego. The first two relate to men's basketball as LMU hosts its Madness at Midnight on Friday and the annual tip-off luncheon on Saturday. Then it's back to Sullivan Field on Sunday for the Pack Sullivan game against San Diego. The purpose of TEAM LMU is to bring Lion fans together as one, creating an atmosphere that helps build the Lions into champions, while allowing all to enjoy the benefits of our corporate partners.
