LOS ANGELES – Head Coach Donegal Fergus and the LMU Baseball Program have announced the return of the team's Casino Night to kick off the 2024 spring season. The event provides an opportunity to meet the coaches and players of the 2024 roster while in a fun and engaging atmosphere. 
 
The event will take place on Saturday, January 27 at Cielo Farms in Malibu, Calif.

The Lions are entering a new era after the hiring of Fergus from UC Santa Barbara over the summer.  

 

The Lions will open their season on the road against Sacramento State before participating in the Tony Gwynn Classic in San Diego, Calif. The home opener will be against Michigan on Wednesday, February 28. The first home series will be against former Lion Dylan Dennis and the visiting Villanova Wildcats from March 1 to March 3.  

 

The Lions will start their WCC Regular Season title defense against Gonzaga on March 22. LMU won every series except for one en route to their first outright regular season title since 1998.
