LOS ANGELES- One thing's for sure, it has been an amazing year for the No. 23 ranked Loyola Marymount Women's Tennis team (18-2) under the direction of Head Coach
Agustin Moreno and Assistant Coach Becca Weissman.
Ahead of the West Coast Conference Championships this season, it is no surprise that the Lions have the No. 2 spot with a WCC record of 8-1, winning eight straight conference matches.
With all the accolades the Lions received, it was only a matter of time before they would reap the benefits of their hard work and dedication, as the WCC announced this morning the 2022 Women's Tennis Awards.

Agustin Moreno won WCC Coach of the Year, while No. 74 ranked
Veronika Miroshnichenko was selected to First Team All-Conference Singles with a record of 14-1, 5-0 in WCC.
Eva Marie Voracek walked away with several honors, being selected to the Second Team All-Conference Singles with a record of 9-4, 4-1 in WCC play, while also making the Doubles Honorable Mention Team with partner Ulyana Shirkova at the No. 3 position finishing with a record of 11-3 in doubles, 6-0 in WCC after going on an eight-game win streak.
Wiktoria Rutkowksa also received multiple honors, being selected to WCC Honorable Mention Singles and Second Team All-Conference in Doubles with partner
Isabella Tcherkes-Zade at the No. 2 position with a record of 10-3, 3-1 in WCC.
Stefania Rogozinska-Dzik also earned WCC Honorable Mention in Singles, after posting a record of 9-1 at the No. 4 position, with a 2-0 conference record.
Overall, the Lions finished with a record of 18-2 and 8-1 in WCC, with a record of 57-20 in Singles and 33-14 in Doubles. LMU will compete in the WCC Championships this weekend on Apr.28-30 in Ojai, Calif.
