LOS ANGELES – LMU men's golf is one of five West Coast Conference programs to compete this fall in three different conference-only events. The three events will be spaced two weeks apart from one another and be played on courses in Northern, Central, and Southern California.
The first event is less than a week away in Monterey, Calif., for the Pasadera Collegiate Invitational on Oct. 5-6. The Lions will then play in the La Purisima College Invite in Lompoc, Calif., on Oct. 19-20, before closing out the fall schedule with The Rustic Collegiate Classic on Nov. 5-6 in Moorpark, Calif.
Each team competing, Pepperdine, BYU, SMC, USD, and LMU, will use with the five scoring four format, and bring an additional three individuals for a full 40-player field at each event.
Live scoring will be on Golfstat.com and all events will be 36 holes on the first day and close out with the final round on the second day with 18 holes.
