CRCA Release

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Four members of the Loyola Marymount University women's rowing team were named 2017 National Scholar-Athletes by the College Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA), the organization announced Wednesday.

Earning the recognition were Clara Brackbill, Nora Consani, Kim Ehntholt, and Masury Lynch. Brackbill and Ehntholt were each named to the West Coast Conference All-Academic Team earlier this spring, with Consani and Lynch earning WCC All-Academic Honorable Mention Team honors.

To be eligible for the CRCA recognition, the student-athlete must be in her second, third or fourth year of eligibility, have rowed in her institution's NCAA eligible boat(s) for a minimum of 75 percent of the current spring races and have a 3.5 cumulative GPA or higher for her career.
