In a match that was moved from an outdoor venue to indoor courts due to inclement weather, LMU (9-12, 3-5 WCC) dropped a 4-1 decision to San Francisco (6-11, 4-4 WCC) on Friday at the Broadway Tennis Center.

USF secured the doubles point with wins at the No. 1 and 2 positions and then captured three of the four completed singles contests to win the match.

LMU's lone victory came at #3 singles where Elvira Juravliova topped Genevieve McCloskey, 6-1, 6-3. The Lions did play USF tough on a number of the courts, forcing three sets on courts one, four and five, but Shanna Dos Santos' three-set, 6-3, 4-6, 6-4, victory over Tatijana Sheikhan at #5 handed USF the victory.

LMU will complete the regular season today at Noon when it travels to Santa Clara.
