Went 11-22 in singles play, including 7-12 in dual matches...finished 3-5 against WCC foes...played bulk of matches at #6 singles, going 5-8...was 9-16 in doubles play, including 6-10 in dual matches...went 6-7 at #3 doubles...posted a victory over an opponent from #69 Utah State to clinch a Lion team win...honorable mention All-Academic selection.
2013-14
Finished 2-3 overall in singles play at the #6 position...competed in two doubles events, earning a victory over Concordia with partner Ellie Grossman at #3.
HIGH SCHOOL
Norlin attended Hersby Gymnasium in Stockholm, Sweden...her high school did not have competitive tennis...she competed in tournaments throughout Sweden and Europe...she was coached by Magnus Ennerberg...played both ETA's and ITF's...ranked highest as No. 5 in Sweden in singles...won the Swedish National Championship with her tennis club three years in a row from 2011-13.

Julia Norlin was born on December 15, 1994 in Paris, France before moving to Stockholm, Sweden...she is the daughter of Goran and Paola Norlin...has one brother, Christopher, and one sister, Carolina...she chose to attend LMU because of the great academics, beautiful campus location, and to play for a great tennis program...she is a business marketing major with a theater minor.
