LOS ANGELES - Six new faces have joined the LMU women's basketball roster beginning in 2015-16 and the LMU Sports Network, along with host and senior guard Deanna Johnson, is giving fans an inside look at new players.
Episode two features freshman forward Cheyanne Wallace who prepped at Sierra Canyon High School in Chatsworth, Calif.
Wallace led the Trailblazers to a 25-5 overall record in 2014-15 as the squad earned its second straight California CIF Division IV State Championship. Sierra Canyon also won the CIF Division V State Championship in 2012-13. Averaging 17.2 ppg and 9.0 rpg, Wallace was an Honorable Mention selection to the MaxPreps 2014-15 California All-State Girls Basketball Team, as well as the Cal-Hi Sports Division IV All-State Team.
Ranked No. 58 among forwards in the 2015 recruiting class by HoopGurlz, Wallace has also competed for the West Coast Premier Club Team.
