Rancho Santa Fe, CA (March 17) - The Loyola Marymount University men's golf team finished the first day of the 16th Annual San Diego Invitational with a two-round score of 645, placing them in a tie for ninth place with the University of Wyoming.
The Lions are eight-strokes behind San Francisco in the 16-team NCAA Division I tournament. Leading the field is the University of Portland with a score of 617.
