PRINCETON, N.J. – The matchups are set for the sixth annual Sunshine Slam, which will take place November 24-25 at the Ocean Center in Daytona Beach.
LMU will open the event against FAU on November 21. The winners will advance to the Championship Game the following day against either George Mason or Ohio, with the other two teams matching up in the Third Place Game.

Ticketmaster.com or on the day of competition at the Ocean Center box office.
The format for the Sunshine Slam will consist of a pair of semifinal round games in each bracket on November 24 and a championship and consolation game in each bracket on November 25. Champions will be crowned for both the Beach and Ocean brackets as well as all-tournament teams being announced for each. CBS Sports Network will air all four games in the Beach Bracket.
In addition to the neutral site games at the Ocean Center, the Sunshine Slam features four on-campus games. Each team from the Beach Bracket will host an Ocean Bracket team prior to the event.

Stan Johnson, LMU has won two Multi-Team Event (MTE) Championships over the last three seasons. In November 2022, the Lions won the Jamaica Classic with win over Georgetown and Wake Forest. Last season, LMU team defeated Belmont and Wyoming to win the 2024 Cancun Challenge.
