West Coast Conference Announces 2025-26 Men’s Basketball Conference Weekly Matchup Schedule

SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has unveiled its 2025-26 men's basketball weekly conference matchup schedule. The West Coast Conference will feature 12 programs playing 18 conference games over 10 weeks, beginning on Dec. 28.

The West Coast Conference has adopted a new scheduling format for men's basketball that includes conference games primarily contested on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and date flexibility with national television partners to provide more national exposure for the conference on additional days of the week. The 2025-26 schedule includes conference games on as many as five days in a given week after the first three weeks. Weekday games will be played on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Thursdays, and weekend games will be played on Saturdays or Sundays. The conference matchup schedule of weekday and weekend games includes a select number of contests that have been assigned to specific dates for national broadcast opportunities. The full schedule of game dates along with broadcast information will be announced later this fall, following the completion of national television selections with the conference's partners, ESPN and CBS Sports Network.

Each of the 12 programs will play seven home-and-away series with two only-home opponents and two only-away opponents to make up the 18-game schedule. Conference play is slated to begin on Sunday, Dec. 28, and will conclude on Saturday,
Feb. 28.

LMU opens conference play with back-to-back home games, hosting Saint Mary's on Dec. 28 and Pacific on Dec. 30. After a road trip to the Pacific Northwest to play at Washington State and Gonzaga, the Lions host San Francisco on Jan. 8.

The other known home game will be on Feb. 28 for the regular season finale against newest WCC member Seattle.

The 2026 Credit Union 1 West Coast Conference Basketball Championship returns to Orleans Arena in Las Vegas for the 18th consecutive year. The 12-team tournament will be held from March 5-10, 2026.

Specific dates, tip times and TV selections for each contest will be announced at a later date.

Purchasing LMU season tickets is the best way to guarantee entry to all home games this season. Season tickets start at just $159, which translates to less than ten dollars per game.
