ALBUQUERQUE, NM – The 2024-25 LMU men's golf season is officially underway as the Lions played 36 holes on Friday at the season-opening William H. Tucker Invitational. The Lions are currently in 11
th place in the 17 team field.
Newcomer
Adam Miller leads LMU with his 69-72—141. Miller shot a team-high 11 birdies in his first two rounds of play as a Lion.
Last year's WCC Freshman of the Year
Mason Snyder shot 74-72—146 to place in a tie for 36
th.
Cade Anderson lowered his score by two shots between rounds to shoot 75-73—148.
In his first tournament,
David Gutierrez shot 75-74—149.
Alejandro Alonso closed out the scoring with his 78-72—150.
The team shot 293-289—582 on Friday with a final round set to tee off with shotgun starts beginning at 7:45 AM.
