CARMEL, Calif. – Not every team was able to complete their two rounds of play on the opening day of The Preserve Golf Club Collegiate on Monday. Darkness stopped play for nine teams, but LMU men's golf was one of the four to play a full two rounds.
The Lions are currently 3-over, 298-291—589.
LMU is led by
Mason Snyder (75-70—145) and
Cade Anderson (74-71—145) who both benefitted from big second rounds to place in a tie 24
th at 1-over.
Alejandro Alonso (77-73—150) and
Trevor Algya (73-77—150) both played into a 6-over and are tied for 50
th.
Adam Miller closes out the LMU five with his 76-78—154.
The plan is for the remaining teams to complete round two in the morning, beginning at 8:30 a.m., then roll into round three without re-pairing.
