TUCSON, Ariz. – LMU men's golf completed one round of play and began the second round at the Arizona Intercollegiate without the ability to finish on Monday due to darkness. Through the lone completed round, LMU shot 5-under par and sits in fourth place at 283.
Four Lions shot even or better in the first round, including
Gavin Cohen's 3-under 69. Cohen sat tied for ninth entering the second round.
Tony Hendricks and
Cameron Meeks each shot under par with a 71 and tied for 25
th.
A stroke back at even par is
Riley Lewis. His 72 is tied for 35
th of the 80 golfers competing.
Caden McMackin rounded out the LMU five with his 77.
The second round will resume without repairing at 9:00 am on Tuesday and roll right into the final round with a champion decided by end of day tomorrow.
