Final Results
MOORPARK, Calif. – LMU Men's Golf completed all three tournaments this fall with the conclusion of Friday's final round at the Rustic Collegiate Classic. LMU shot a 302-281-287—870 to keep a four-stroke lead over St. Mary's on the final day.
Cameron Meeks led the team with his 11
th place finish at 73-70-73—216.
Gavin Cohen (78-66-73—217) and
Riley Lewis (76-70-72—218) finished within a stroke of each other to each place in the top-15 of the field.
Also scoring for the Lions was
Brendan Gonzalez with his three rounds of 75 for 225.
Caden McMackin improved each round and closed out the LMU five with his 88-75-69—232.
Guy Clauss led LMU's three individuals with his 74-72-76—222.
Closing out the field were
John Pollock (86-74-76—236) and
Matthew Carungay (82-84-89—255).
This concludes the calendar year for the Lions, but the plan is to return for spring tournaments after the new year.
