LOS ANGELES, Calif.,-- Loyola Marymount women's tennis player Siohban Anderson was named to the 2019 West Coast Conference Women's Tennis All-Academic Team, while Yesica De Lucas and
Camila Tumosa were named Honorable Mention.
Anderson posted eight singles wins from the No. 3 position, while tallying seven wins in doubles play from court two. The Sydney, Australia native is one of 12 named to the All-Academic Team. The junior is majoring in finance.
De Lucas, who was named Honorable Mention, went 8-4 from the No. 4 and No. 5 spots. The sophomore is majoring in marketing.
Tumosa, also named Honorable Mention, went 7-4 in singles play from court six, while picking up five doubles wins from the No. 3 spot. The junior is majoring in psychology.
Anderson, De Lucas, Tumosa and the rest of the Lions put together an 11-10 dual campaign, while going 4-5 in singles play.
