FAIRFAX, Calif. – The scorecard read 284 after each of LMU men's golf's three rounds of the Alister MacKenzie Invitational this week. The Lions finished the tournament at an even 284-284-284—852 after recording three consecutive rounds of par. The team rose to a 12^th-place finish after opening Tuesday in a tie for 13^th.
 
Gavin Cohen led the Lions with his 69-73-70—212, finishing under par in both the first and final round of play to tie for 36^th.
 
Raymond Navis shot 73-69-71—213 over his three rounds to tie for 41^st, a stroke ahead of teammate Kyle Kinnane's 74-69-71—213.
 
Closing out the scoring for LMU is Cameron Meeks at 70-74-72—216.

Mason Glinski finished his tournament at 72-73-75—220.
 
The Lions will close out the month in Oahu. Hawaii's Hoakelei CC Collegiate Invitational will be played from Oct. 28-30.
