LOS ANGELES – Season ticket renewals and new season tickets for 2018-19 Loyola Marymount women's basketball are available now.
Season tickets can be renewed or purchased by calling 310-338-5466 or
clicking here. Courtside tickets require a per seat membership which goes toward the operational funding for all 22 LMU athletic teams. Your per seat membership will be added to your order upon purchase. The price breakdown for a courtside seat is $99 for your season ticket and $100 for your seat membership. General admission season tickets are available for $55. Per seat memberships will be automatically added to the order upon purchase. The deadline for season ticket renewals is September 14, and information on single game and group tickets will be available in October.
The Lions are coming off of a successful 2017-18 campaign as the team went 19-11 on the season, marking the highest win total since 2006-07. LMU also began 2017-18 with a 7-0 record, which was the best start to a season for the program since 2003-04.
WCC 2018 Newcomer of the Year and First Team member,
Gabby Green, will lead a group of nine returners for the women's basketball program. Seniors
Bree Alford (2018 WCC Honorable Mention) and
Andee Velasco (2016-17 WCC Assist Leader) highlight the returners along with seniors
Josie Buckingham and
Bianca Velasco, juniors
Cierra Belvin and
Raychel Stanley and sophomores
Chelsey Gipson and
Jasmine Jones.
Junior
Meghan Mandel will make her LMU debut this year after sitting out the 2017-18 season following her transfer from Marquette, and sophomore
Brittney Reed will return to the Lions' lineup after missing last season due to injury.
LMU has added three freshmen to the mix, with standout guard Naomi Yim of Norco High School highlighting the list and Haley Herdman and Glory Jones rounding out the roster.
2018-19 marks head coach
Charity Elliott's seventh season at the helm of LMU women's basketball. Under her guidance, in combination with the strong leadership of the team's upperclassmen and the talented new additions, this season is set to be a stellar one for the Lions.
