The LMU women's tennis team (7-2) posted an impressive 7-0 victory over visiting Seton Hall (3-5) on Wednesday afternoon from the LMU Tennis Center.

The Lions did not drop a set in the victory, and only dropped one game over the two courts that finished in doubles play. #33 Veronica Miroshnichenko / Eva Marie Voracek managed a perfect 6-0 victory over Melody Taal/Luize Strike at #1 in the order before Yesica De Lucas / Sofiya Gaisina defeated Michal Matson/Katie Kim, 6-1, to seal the doubles point.

Singles play was nearly as impressive, as LMU won in straight sets across the board. LMU, which has now won six straight matches overall, saw #30 Miroshnichenko extend her personal win streak to eight matches. De Lucas also extended a win streak, pushing to six straight wins, while Camila Tumosa and Voracek have each won five straight.

LMU will now turn its attention to UC Santa Barbara, as the Lions will visit the Gauchos for a 1:30 p.m. match on Sunday.
