LMU rowing will once again participate in the annual Marina Del Rey Holiday Boat Parade, with the festivities set for Saturday, December 8. The Lions would like to welcome fans and members of the community to join them at the Jane Browne Bove Boathouse for food, drinks and giveaways while watching the fireworks and boat parade.

Doors to the LMU Boathouse open at 5 p.m., with the fireworks show set for 5:55 p.m., immediately followed by the 56
th Annual Holiday Boat Parade from 6-8 p.m.
The cost to attend the event at LMU Boathouse is $15, while children under the age of five will receive complimentary admission. In addition to the food, drinks, giveaways and photo opportunities, fans can expect to mingle with LMU's Iggy the Lion while enjoying the festivities.

LMU will provide a shuttle service between LMU and the LMU Boathouse that will run from 5-8 p.m.
The theme for this year's Boat Parade is "Holiday Water Wonderland," and the Grand Marshal for the evening is Supervisor Janice Hahn. Hahn was elected to the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors in November 2016. She represents the 4th district which stretches from Marina del Rey through the beach cities, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, the Harbor Area, Long Beach, through the Gateway Cities and east to Diamond Bar.
