Playing without two regulars in the singles lineup, LMU (3-10) fell to #75 Sacramento State (9-7) by a score of 7-0 on Sunday at the LMU Tennis Center.

The Lions were playing without top-player Jessica Perez and the regular #3 in the lineup, Ellie Grossman. With everyone playing a spot higher in the lineup, including Logan Finnell making her first appearance in dual-match play at #6, LMU fell in a valiant effort. Anna Romeka forced a tie-breaking third set, but eventually fell 2-6, 6-1, 10-8, while Kristine Kouyoumjian found herself on the wrong end of a pair of 7-6 tie-breaking sets on court three.

LMU will remain at home next Saturday, returning to WCC play to host Gonzaga at 1 p.m.
