PORTLAND, Ore. - Saturday's scheduled Pacific Coast Softball Conference tripleheader between Loyola Marymount and Portland State at Erv Lind Stadium has been postponed due to inclement weather. The three games will be made-up, if necessary, during the conference's make-up weekend scheduled for May 12-13.
The two teams opened the scheduled four-game series on Friday, with the Vikings earning a 7-5 win. The two teams were slated to play a doubleheader but the second game was postponed due to unplayable field conditions as a steady rain fell throughout game one.
LMU will return to action next Saturday at Saint Mary's, taking on the Gaels in a four game series.
