Los Angeles, CA (Sept. 4, 2002) - The Loyola Marymount University men's basketball program continues to take steps toward "Restoring the Roar." The 2002-03 season will be bringing it back to the students.

On Thursday, Sept. 5 at 12 noon, the men's basketball team is inviting all students to join them for the shooting of the promotional artwork for the upcoming season. All Lion fans are invited to wear crimson or navy and be a part of this year's team photo. All students are asked to meet at Alumni Mall near Malone Hall on Thursday during convo hour.

The photos and video will be used to promote this year's team. The photo of the team with students on campus will be used as the cover of the media guide, the poster and the schedule card. A television crew will also be on hand to shoot footage to be used for any advertising spots and the introduction video used on the LionVision in Gersten Pavilion.
