LOS ANGELES -
Abel Romero Corbalan has been named West Coast Conference Player of the Week, the conference announced on Tuesday.
Romero Corbalan scored 10 goals in the win vs. #10 UC San Diego on Sunday. He scored 10 of his 12 shots to give LMU the four-goal win. This was the first time LMU has beaten the Tritons this season.
This is the second time this season that an LMU player has been named WCC Player of the Week.
Tommaso Baldineti received the recognition on September 16 of this year.
LMU has two final regular season games this week before heading to Air Force for the 2025 WCC Championships. The Lions travel to Long Beach State on Thursday night before hosting UC Irvine on Saturday to close out the regular season.
The game Saturday will also include a recognition of the senior class. This year's seniors to be honored are:
