LOS ANGELES - The WCC released its 2025 women's tennis preseason honors today, and LMU's
Stefania Rogozinska-Dzik earned a well-deserved spot on the list.
This is nothing new for Rogozinska-Dzik, as she also made the preseason team last year. Her consistent performance has made her a standout player for the Lions.
Looking back at the 2024 season, Rogozinska-Dzik was a key contributor, finishing with a strong 12-7 record in singles. Her efforts didn't go unnoticed, as she earned a spot on the WCC Singles All-Conference Team.
In addition to Rogozinska-Dzik's individual honor, LMU was picked to finish fourth in the WCC Women's Coaches Poll for the 2025 season. Last year, the Lions wrapped up with an overall record of 11-11 and went 5-3 in conference play.
The Lions are set to hit the court on Jan. 15 when they host the Miami Redhawks at the LMU Tennis Center.
