LOS ANGELES – The West Coast Conference has announced their annual all-academic team for the 2021-22 season. The list includes eleven Lions baseball players, including first teamer Diego Barrera.
 
Benny Casillas, Alex Burge, Dylan Dennis, Ben Grunberg, Owen Hackman, Conner Kershaw, Mason Kokodynski, Matt McClure, Jared Thomas and Grant Weiss were awarded honorable metions.
 
To be nominated for the all-academic team, athletes must maintain a 3.2 GPA, be a starter or important reserve, hold a sophomore standing, and participate in at least 50 per cent of the team's athletic contests.
