2022 Schedule
Â
LOS ANGELES, CA – The Loyola Marymount University Lions baseball team will open the 2022 season this weekend, with three games against the Utah Utes. The Lions and Utes will play a three-game series at Page Stadium, the first of 11 straight home contests for LMU.
Â
The Lions and Utes' series dates back to 1978, with both schools playing each other a total of 26 times. The schools played one another last season with LMU sweeping the three-game set. The Lions enter the series with a five game winning streak against Utah.Â
Â
The entire three-game series against the Utes will be streamed live with links to the broadcasts available on the baseball schedule page at lmulions.com.

Â
The collection of 35 players hail from six different states. Thirty are from California and one from Ohio, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and Hawaii.

The Lions return home after a weekend set at Cal State Fullerton for a midweek game versus Cal State Northridge before opening West Coast Conference play with a three-game series against Saint Mary's.
Â
LMU brings to the bluff a trio of players who are already receiving preseason recognition. InfieldersÂ
