Sept. 18, 2014 LOS ANGELES, Calif. - | LMU Baseball Camps Registration
The LMU baseball program recently announced the dates for a pair of Winter High School Prospect Camps that will be held at LMU baseball's Page Stadium on the campus of Loyola Marymount University. The camps are designed for the serious baseball player in grades 9-12.
"These winter camps have helped many serious high school prospects further their own careers amongst the collegiate ranks," seventh-year LMU head coach Jason Gill said. "Over the past six years, more than 20 of our attendees went on to earn a scholarship to play for a Division I baseball program. These developmental camps are instrumental in developing talent and sharpening skills that have helped lead to many successful collegiate careers and beyond."
The first camp will take place on December 6 and 7, 2014 and will run from 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m. each day, with registration beginning at 8:30 a.m. The price to attend the two-day camp is $225, but pitchers who are interested in attending the camp for just one day will be charged $125.
The second camp will be held January 11, 2015. This one-day camp will allow prospects that were not able to make the December date a chance to compete in front of the LMU coaching staff. Registration once again begins at 8:30 a.m., with the camp running from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The price for the one-day camp is $150 for position players and $125 for pitchers.
