Casino Night Friday, Alumni Game Saturday

The 2015 Loyola Marymount University baseball program will hold the third annual Alumni Baseball Weekend starting with the LMU Baseball Casino Night on Friday, January 30 and concluding with the annual Alumni Game on Saturday, January 31. The Casino Night is open to anyone interested in playing or watching, and participants do not need to be LMU alumni. Walk-ups for the Casino Night will be taken on the night of the event. Doors open at 7 p.m. The alumni game is schedule for a Noon first pitch following batting practice at 10 a.m.

The LMU baseball program is currently searching for former players to participate in this year's contest, which will be played on Saturday, January 31. Batting practice will begin at 10 a.m. with first pitch of the game scheduled for Noon. The event is free to all fans. For alumni wishing to participate in or attend this year's game, please contact Director of Baseball Operations Matt Florer at Matthew.Florer@lmu.edu.

LMU BASEBALL CASINO NIGHT | DOORS OPEN AT 7 PM | REGISTRATION NOW OPEN!
For the third straight year, the event will be held at the Double Tree Los Angeles - Westside Hotel in Culver City, Calif., with doors opening at 7 p.m. and the poker tournament beginning at 8 p.m. A silent auction and raffle will also be conducted throughout the night, concluding at 9:30 p.m. The event features a hosted beer and wine bar, hors d'oeuvres, blackjack, roulette, craps and the Texas Hold'em poker tournament. Tickets are $125 for General Admission ($60 of purchase is a tax-deductible donation to LMU baseball) and $100 for Baseball Alumni ($45 is tax-deductible). The ticket price includes the initial buy-in for the Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament or $50 worth of chips for the casino. Additional chips can be purchased throughout the event. Anyone looking to attend the event, but not wanting to play poker or casino games, can purchase a Non-Participant ticket for $80 ($15 is tax-deductible).
