SAN BRUNO, Calif. - LMU baseball swept the West Coast Conference Players of the Week awards this week, as sophomore John Lally and junior Jonathan Johnson took home weekly honors. Lally was named the Most Outstanding Player of the Dairy Queen Classic for his seven shutout innings and career-high tying five strikeouts in a two-hit shutout victory over Oklahoma State to help LMU to the 2010 Dairy Queen Classic Championship on Sunday.
