LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The LMU baseball team will conclude its fall practice schedule by holding a Crimson/Navy series starting on Thursday afternoon at Page Stadium. Thursday's game is scheduled for six innings beginning at 2:30 p.m. Friday will see a seven-inning game starting at 2:30 p.m., while Saturday's finale will begin at 11:30 a.m. and feature somewhere between seven and nine innings. The teams will play three games regardless of series score after two.
Senior Jonathan Johnson and junior Matt Koch picked and will manage the crimson squad, recalling a few AYSO teams of the past before deciding to name their team the Red Rockets. They will be opposed by junior Alex Guthrie and sophomore Colton Plaia's blue team, named Blue Steel after one of Ben Stiller's poses in the movie Zoolander.
