BRIEFLY Tina Moger is in her second season with LMU volleyball... saw some playing time during the spring season... coaches feel she has progressed as a defensive specialist and note that she is very athletic... will compete for a job in the Lions[apos] back row this season... AT LMU 2006... saw time in the back row in six matches as a freshman... had four digs in LMU[apos]s 3-0 win over Cal State Fullerton... HIGH SCHOOL a 2006 graduate of Kauai High School in Lihue, Hawaii... a two-time honorable mention all-state selection for Coach Richard Roberts... named Kauai Interscholastic Federation (KIF) Player of the Year as a sophomore... ran one season of track, finishing in the KIF top-five in the high jump... PERSONAL Tina Marie Galicia Moger was born March 26, 1988... daughter of Janet and Wayne Moger... has an older sister, Raina... named to the Dean[apos]s List both semesters at LMU after earning a perfect 4.0 grade point average in her first semester (in-season) and a 3.90 in the spring... was the winner of the CRC Press 60th Annual Freshman Chemistry Achievement Award for the most outstanding LMU freshman in general chemistry... a biology major who plans to become a dentist.
