High School: Tobin graduated from Grante Hills High School in
2000...she was a four-year letter-winner at Grante Hills...was named
Most Valuable forward her final three seasons...named honorable
mention in the Grossmont League her freshman and sophomore
seasons...selected to first team all-league her final two
seasons...most assists in league as a junior ...played one year in
tennis as number one doubles...went undefeated.
Personal: Stephanie "Steph" Marie Tobin was born January 30, 1982 in
San Diego, CA...daughter of Richard Tobin and Nancy McKenna...parents
went to UMass...has a sister, Andrea (15)...enjoys weight lifting and
snowboarding...recruited by UNLV and USC...played against teammate
Laura Trask...works for Soccer Post in the summer...she is a business
major.
