    Los Angeles, Calif., Sunday, September 26, 1999 -- The No. 19 Loyola Marymount women's soccer team shutout Colorado College, 2-0, today at Sullivan Field. The Lions handed the Tigers their fourth straight loss in as many games.

    LMU dominated the game offensively, out-shooting Colorado College 24-4. Freshman Mia Moe scored the game-winning goal at the 29:19 mark of the game off the assist from Erin Fahey. Moe is now tied with Fahey for goals scored (3), Fahey picked up her seventh point of the year on the play. Angela Ichinose converted an indirect free kick for the Lions second goal, her second of the year, at the 63:18 mark.

    The Tigers, who now fall to 5-4 overall, posted just two shots on the day. Junior Kasey Clark saw both of her shots snagged by Lion goalkeeper Tracy Sharp. With the win, Sharp recorded her sixth shutout of the season, and improved her career shutouts mark to 23.5, she is the all-time shutouts leader at LMU.

    Loyola Marymount, who improves to 7-2 on the season, returns to action this Friday, October 1. The Lions will host Cal State Fullerton in 4 p.m. game at Sullivan Field.
