SANTA MONICA, Calif. – The #4 LMU Beach Volleyball Team opened the 2025 West Coast Conference Championships with a straight-set sweep of Santa Clara on Thursday. The Lions advance to Friday morning's 9:30 AM match with a chance to play for a WCC Title on the line.
The Lions won 32 matches in 2022 as part of the program's fourth-place national finish.
LMU's opponent Friday morning will be Pepperdine after the Waves defeated Saint Mary's on Thursday afternoon. The winner of that dual will advance to the 1:30 PM Championship Match.
