AUSTIN, Texas – #2 LMU Beach Volleyball opened the day with a 3-2 win over #12 LSU in the first game on Saturday before dropping another tight one to the hosts, #10 Texas, in the final dual of the East Meets West at AXT Beach. The loss snapped a 16-game winning streak that the Lions started back in the opening weekend of the season.
 
LMU will next compete against conference teams at the West Coast Conference Challenge in Santa Cruz.
