LOS ANGELES - Reigning West Coast Conference champions LMU beach volleyball will have to wait an extra two days to open the 2023 season. Due to inclement weather in the forecast, LMU will now host California and Concordia on Sunday, Feb. 26 to kick off the new year.

The opening matches will take place at Ocean Park in Santa Monica. The address is 2400 Ocean Front Walk, Santa Monica, CA 90405, right in front of Perry's Cafe. LMU will open against Cal and close the day against Concordia.

Matches will be played with 2,4, and 6 courts first followed by 1,3, and 5 pairs. Within the same duel there will be a rolling start with 10 minutes in between matches. For the start of a new duel we will stay to the posted time unless both coaches agree to an early adjusted time.

Fans are encouraged to attend as this event is non-ticketed.
