SPOKANE, Wash. – In the first game of the 2021 spring season away from Sullivan Field, LMU (1-3-1, 1-3-0 WCC) faced a Gonzaga team (6-1, 3-0 WCC) that has yet to lose in conference. The Bulldogs took the game, 3-0, on Saturday afternoon.
Gonzaga scored goals in 17

Kendyll Humphreys made six saves in her 78 minutes in net, before
Sadie Kenny closed out the final 12 minutes as a substitute goalkeeper. Kenny made one save and did not allow a goal in her limited action.
66.7 percent (6-of-9) of LMU's shots were on frame, compared to 43.5 percent from Gonzaga (10-of-23).
The Lions earned one corner as
Sydney Schultz pushed up the left flank and hit the ball off her defender.
LMU returns to the Bluff for the team's only Friday game of the season, a 1:00 p.m. game against Santa Clara on Mar. 19 from Sullivan Field.
