LOS ANGELES – LMU Men's Basketball Head Coach
Stan Johnson has announced the signing of
Jalin Anderson on Friday. The combo guard out of
Dream City Christian will be immediately added to the roster ahead of the 2020-21 season.
"We are beyond excited to have Jalin join our program," said Johnson. "He addresses all the needs we had at the guard position. Jalin's size mixed with his scoring and shooting ability gives us another weapon on the perimeter. Jalin has a high ceiling and there is no doubt he will have a major impact on our program for years to come. He comes from a winning family with tremendous character. Those intangibles will add incredible value to our culture. We couldn't be more excited about adding Jalin to our family."
The 6'4'', 185 lb. Anderson will join the Lions as the second high school signing under Coach Johnson, joining
Mayoum Mayoum, and the fourth addition to the program since April's National Signing Day.
Anderson is viewed as a top prospect, and currently is ranked by 24/7 sports composite ratings as the 14
thbest player out of the state of Arizona and top 40 nationally for his position in the 2020 class.
