LOS ANGELES – The Loyola Marymount men's tennis team has added Bryan Otico to the 2019-20 roster, announced by head coach Tom Lloyd on Monday. 
 
"I have been recruiting Bryan for what feels like an eternity," said Lloyd. "He has been through some very trying times and has overcome everything in his way. I couldn't be happier for the future of the program and what Bryan will bring to the Lion family. The future is very bright for the boys on the bluff." 
 
Otico comes to Los Angeles from the Philippines, where he is currently the second ranked men's player and has been a member of the Philippine Davis Cup Team since 2018. 
 
The incoming freshman had a 107 International Tennis Federation Juniors ranking and was a four-time ITF singles champion and a six-time doubles champion.
