Box Score SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., -- The Loyola Marymount men's tennis team swept the University of San Francisco 4-0 on Saturday in its last match of the season.
Starting with doubles play, the doubles tandem of
Ryan Brown and
Austin Di Giulio picked up a 6-1 win from the No. 3 spot.
Ethan Prost and
Lukas Moenter fell 2-6 on court one.
Tied up at 1-1,
Nick Borchenko and
Lucas Moreno picked up a 6-3 win on court one, clinching the doubles point for the Lions.
Up 1-0 headed into singles play, Di Giulio picked up a 6-2, 6-1 win on court six to give the Lions their first singles point, while Prost won 6-3, 6-3.
Max Kaiser beat his opponent 6-3, 6-4 on court four. The Lions clinched the match at 4-0, ending their season with a win.
LMU take part in the West Coast Conference Championships next weekend.
